Yamaha 4 Stroke (Yamaha Lc135/Yamaha Spark135 )

Assalamualaikum.Pada hari ini saya ingin bercerita sedikit sebanyak tentang sebuah motosikal keluaran Yamaha yang sering menjadi kegilaan anak muda dan juga ke org tua..Mat rempit puny favourit 4 stroke selain daripada Honda ex5..iaitu Yamaha LC135 atau dikenali sebagai Yamaha Spark di negara jiran..ok.pada asalnya adakah anda tau maksud 'Lc' dibelakang tu apa?maksudnya ialah 'Liquid cooled'/peyejukan cecair.Ini adalah antara motosikal terawal di Malaysia yang mnggunakan teknologi ini walaupun hakikatnya Yamaha Rd,Tzm,Suzuki Fxr dh mnggunakan teknologi ini.Motosikal ini dikuasakan oleh enjin bersaiz 135cc dengan 4 pilihan gear ataupun 5 untuk model terbaharu.Untuk model yang paling baru,menggunakan enjin bersaiz 150CC,5 speed.Ada yang guna sistem auto cluth dan ada jugak manual clucth.Terdapat banyak model untuk Lc anataranya ialah super sport(SS) dan extreme sport(es)
   
Lc merupakan motosikal yang enjinnya hampir sama dengan Yamaha Fz150.Blok,head nya boleh diubahsuai untuk masuk dalam Lc.beza mereka ialah Lc menggunakan sistem karburetor manakala Fz menggunakan fuel Injection.So,bolehla dikatakan Fz lagi jimat minyak dari Lc psl sistem Injection.Pada pendapat 50sen saya,better amik Lc yang guna karburetor pasal nk modified senang berbanding Fz yang guna Fuel Injection.Performance parts untuk Fuel Injection memang ada terutamanya daripada UMA RACING,tapi better amik Lc,kalau nk modified mahal sangat,baik amik Kawasaki Ninja..Untuk yg mementingkan  praktikaliti which means ada bakul..nak bawak ronda anak petang2..nak bagi mertua bawak pegi masjid..ambiklah LC...nak race lepastu pun boleh..gurau je..jangan race..bahaya!!.Karburetor Lc adalah daripada mikuni bersaiz 22mm..ada yang sumbat karburetor TZM 30mm...8 milimiter beza...Klau dekat thailand,Lc atau dikenali sebagai spark dikuasakan oleh sistem suntikan bahan api (Fuel Injection) macam Fz..kita hanya pakai sistem karburetor..

Pada pendapat saya yang banyak mencuba motosikal drp bermacam macam jenis,saya boleh katakan yang Lc ni handling terbaik..minyak jimat..dan yang paling orang suka..LAJU.Walaubagaimanapun,pada pendapat saya,Yamaha LC ES(extreme spirit) ni xdelah selaju SS(Super sport) kerana bagi saya ia agak berat,laju pun kurang berbanding lc versi lama.Saya penah naik Lc versi lama seorang diri dan topspeed dengan takpayah jadi superman dh dekat 140 kmh dan untuk mencapai kelajuan sebegitu saya xpayah nk turun bukitsekadar jalan lurus.dengan kuasa tujahan(torque) yang kuat dan topspeed yang baik.maka tidak hairanlah motosikal ini digemari ramai.Pada pendapat saya,lc versi lama yang xde klac lagi laju drp yg ada klac.cuma saya dapat rasakan perbwzaan sewaktu menukar gear,yang tiada klac agak tersengguk2 berbanding yang mempunyai klac tangan.

  Selain daripada itu,LC versi terbaharu (ES) juga agak perlahan drp segi topspeed..handling lagi bgus drp LC versi lama cuma topspeed agak slow sikit.walaubgaimanapun,anda jangan rasa begitu kerana mngikut perkhabaran angin..LC ES mempunyai meter yg agak berat berbanding LC versi lama.Ha..cakap psl meter nti ada yang x setuju...kata yang ni ringan,yg tu ringan...so,better guna GPS.xpun klau senang nk sukat..amik meter RXZ pasal xde yang nk pertikaikan lagi..

Yamaha 4 stroke (Yamaha FZ150i/Yamaha Vixion)

  Assalamualaikum.Untuk entry pada kali ini,saya akan bercerita tentang motosikal Yamaha Fz150i ataupun Yamaha Vixion di Indonesia.Yamaha Fz merupakan motosikal jenis 'naked' yang popular dimalaysia.Tidak banyak motosikal  'naked' di Malaysia yang bernadikan enjin 150CC,4 lejang.Hanya Suzuki Belang 150R.Yamaha Fz150i dikuasakan dengan enjin 150cc,4 valve dan menggunakan sistem SOHC,SOHC adalah singkatan SINGLE OVER HEAD CAM yg bermakna hanya satu Camshaft yang digunakan untuk mengoperasikan pemasaan buka dan tutup valve.Sistem SOHC banyak digunakan oleh motosikal di Malaysia.Hanya suzuki sahaja yang menggunakan Sistem DOHC untuk motosikal berkuasa 150cc kebawah.

  Yamaha Fz merupakan motosikal yang pertaman di Malaysia yang menggunakan sistem suntikan bahan api iaitu "Fuel Injection'.Sistem ini adalah amat berkesan untuk memaksimumkan pengunaan bahan bakar secara efektif. Huruf 'i' dibelakang nama 'Yamaha Fz150i' itu membawa maksud 'injection'.Ianya tidak menggunakan sistem karburetor seperti motosikal lain.Motosikal ini juga menggunakan rangka yang berteknologi 'DELTABOX'.ia merupakan ciri untuk memastikan rangka motosikal itu mempunyai kestabilan yang tinngi dari segi cornering.Hanya Yamaha TZM yang mempunyai rangka sedemikian.

 Selain daripada itu,motosikal ini hanya didatangkan dengan sistem electric starter which means no kickstarter.Takde bateri memang x hidup lah jawabnya,Ia juga mempunyai sistem penyejukan jenis cecair.Nak jalan jauh gerenti xde overheat.Tapi pada pendapat 50 SEN saya,enjin 4 lejang jarang nk overheat melainkan minyak itam xde,,,dan kalau anda perasan,blok enjin FZ takde sirip macam Blok EX5 dan yg sewaktu dengannya.Sirip tu membantu untuk mempercepatkan perlihan haba.Lagi sati,enjin liquid cooled ni kena jaga baik2.waterpump kena elok..oilseal waterpump kena tukar selalu pasal klau x tukar...jawabnya...bercampurlah coolant dengan minyak hitam..

Yamaha FZ keluaran Yamaha India.Dikenali sebagai R15.Adik Yamaha R25.Full fairing.Ada fairing ni jual dekat Malaysia..berinu jugak harganya nak convert.Tapi cunnnnn


  Ha,,,adakah anda tau maksud 'FZ' tu,Fz bermaksud 'FAZER'.Ia merupakan nama untuk model motosikal keluaran Yamaha India.Anda boleh google sendiri...hahaha. Yamaha Fz ni mempunyai topspeed dalam lingkungan 135kmh..tapi sebenarnya saya penah test dengan Suzuki Panther..dia mampu untuk berlari sehingga 150kmh sebelum dia saya tinggalkan jauh di Highway Saujana Putra.tapi pikap mengancam.Motosikal ini juga jimat minyak yang amat.Dengan tangki bersaiz 12 liter.Memang mampu untuk ditunggang drp KL-KELANTAN dengan senang hati.Pada pendapat 50sen saya,moto ni memang sedap untuk ditunggang,Handling terbaik..pikap...laju tu biasajelah...nak laju ambik lah RXZ.Oklah..sebelum saya blah,ni adalah maklumat serba sedikit mengenai motosikal ini,sila tinggalkan komen anda ya..

Motosikal Yamaha 4 lejang (Yamaha Lagenda/Jupiter)

   Okay,untuk entri pada hari ini,saya akan menulis tentang motosikal 4 lejang keluaran Yamaha.Terdapat banyak motosikal keluaran yamaha yang menggunakan teknologi 4 lejang.Yamaha pada asalnya ekitar tahun 90-an,tidak banyak mennggunakan 4 lejang didalam pembuatan motosikal.Yamaha lebih dikenali sebagai motosikal yang mengutamakan prestasi dari segi kelajuan khususnya daripda penjimatan minyak.Mereka lebih dikenali sebagai pengeluar motosikal 2 lejang seperti Rxz,125z daN Yamaha SS.Walaubagaimanapun,sekitar awal tahun 2000,mereka telah mula memasarkan motosikal mnggunakan teknologi 4 lejang yang mempunyai prestasi yang baik dan penggunaan petrol yang cekap.Berikut adalah contoh motosikal keluaran mereka.

Untuk model ini,ianya telah diadaptasi daripada model asal iaitu Yamaha SRE dan Yamaha SRX(Enjin sama),cuma chasisnya lebih pendek berbanding Yamaha Lagenda,dan rekabentuk Lagenda adalah jauh lebih sporty,Antara Model pertama lagenda dikeluarkan TANPA BREK CAKERA(DISK BRAKE) dihadapan..kalau anda tengok lagenda xdde brek disk depan tu,tu mmg keluaran pertama,dkt airbend depan bahagian bawah wrna hitam dan putih,tu mmg first model.Kelajuan maksimum yang direkodkan sekitar 100-120 kmh sahaja,,

Yamaha lagenda ini telah dinaik taraf dari segi luaran,enjin dan sistem ekzos.Enjin nya telah ditala  olehYamaha  untuk kuasa yang lebih menakjubkan.Enjin tersebut mempunyai daya kilasan(torque) dan kuasa kuda yang lebih sedikit berbanding versi asal.Ianya dikatakan mampu untuk mencapai kelajuan sehingga 140 kmh .Rupa pun sporty.(jalan jauh,enjin lagi panas,lagi power KAN)



Ini adalah Yamaha Lagenda edisi terhad,Ia dikeluarkan dengan warna biru sahaja,Lagenda ZR(limited edition)ia didatangkan khas dengan sportrim daripada kilang Yamaha,(OEM)Dan mempunyai absorber OHLINS dibelakang yang menggunakan teknologi gas.Sape ada absorber ni simpan bebaik.barang rare tu.klau beli dekat kedai harga dekat rm300.yelah,,,jenama OHLINS.Motosikal ini tmempunya enjin yang sama seperti yamaha lagenda z.(Topspeed lbih kurang lagenda z)

Yamaha Lagenda 115cc (Third edition)

Motosikal ini adalah merupakan keluaran pertama Yamaha Malaysia selepas Yamaha FZ150i yang menggunakan sistem Fuel Injection,Sistem ini mampu untuk memberi penjimatan petrol yang lebih baik berbanding dengan sistem karburetor biasa.Tapi,pada pendapat saya sendiri,model ini walaupun cc lagi besar drp lagenda biasa(110cc)Enjin ini tidaklah berkuasa sangat.(body berat)kalau x percaya,anda boleh tolak moto ni dengan tolak legend z.mana lg ringan>kompom z lagi ringan.Kelajuan hanya sekitar 110kmj sahaja..main dengan yamaha lagenda z kompom kalah....dah penah try...

Ni model lagenda 115zr..(Limited edition)guna absorber ohlins jugak...stripe lebih kurang versi ZR lama..Hanya didatangkan dengan warna biru sahaja.

Suzuki Mopeds (4stroke)

    Hello,for this entry,i would like to share some information about bikes made by Suzuki that utilizes 4 stroke configuration.There are many models of suzuki bikes that you can found.Suzuki has strated manufacturing motorcycles since 1952 and until now,it has becomes one of the popular bikes around asia.Unfortunately,Suzuki sales In Malaysia is not as good as Honda's and Yamaha's.But,it was well known for its performance and durability.In my personal opinion,i think suzuki's bikes are much better than Honda's.Okay,So without further due,let us meet the Suzuki's Families

  The above bikes are great for daily use whether you are going to work,have a ride with your wife or almost anything leisurely.It will not bog you down,with a basket in front,with a a large space underneath the seat,with a good and economical fuel consumption,These bikes will serve their best for you.I also have some friends who were using these bikes.For the performance,i can say that this bikes is much faster in term if top speed and acceleration compared to the Honda's and Yamaha in the same classes.(Same cc)But for the fuel consumotion,i say that you better get a Honda.But,it does not much differences in fuel consumption anyway...

Suzuki Belang R150 6 speed

It was known as Suzuki Satria in indonesia,This is the only bikes produced by Suzuki with a 150cc engine.This bikes is small,lightweight and has a big engine.With a DOHC engine,this is sriously fast.You will love to ride this sporty and nimble bike.It is a perfect choice for track use.It can be modified easily and it is capable of doing 150 kmh with no problem.It is has lots of torque which is great for city use.Even the CC'S is quite big,but it offers a good fuel consumption.

Honda Mopeds (4 stroke)

Hello guys.For today's entry i would like to give as many example as i could for the mopeds that can be found.And i will try to cover each moped,by now i will call as a 'bike'.There are many models of bike that can be found roaming in Malaysia.Most of them are Japanese bikes..Let us start with the 4 stroke bikes first.I will make the entry based on the manufacturer of these bikes.

Honda EX5 110CC



Honda Wave 100cc (Basically,its just a same bike as an Ex5.But,with different design)


 Honda wave 125 cc.The oranges one is the new model white the white one is the old model.This bike has different engine than the Ex5.The engines is much more powerful and the handling is much better,it has less engine noise and the fuel efficiency is good,




 This is the honda supercub C70,It range to the model with the least power,supercub 50cc and the most powerful version C90 which has 90CC engine.There are many ways to differentiate these bikes although they are similar in shape.You must take a look at its engine and body number.Usually,for C70,it swas stamped with "GB0" code which resembles the 70cc engine while the "GB1" code resembles the 90CC engine.Although from the outside,it looks just thhe same,but it has some differences between these models such as different length of stroke,ignition system and the gear ratio,But,the other parts of these bikes can be change interchangeably because they have many same parts,

Moped Engines 1

Hello.today im going to share a little bit of information regarding japanese moped engine.For your information,Japanese moped can be found in as small as 50cc exmple: (Honda super cub 50cc) and as big as 150cc example: (kawasaki kips).Im sure for the people from the u.s or europeam countries they will say that this moped is not powerful because of the small engine especially the u.s people.No offense please!because everything they have in u.s is gigantic in cc.for example:muscle cars.But..dont let these mopeds engine fools ya..they might be small in cc,but they also can do the job very well.
   So,lets take a look at these engines,in this modern world,we can found mopeds that are powered by mostly 100-110cc engines.they are small in size,but yet powerful.Honda and Yamaha always in the competition for these cc engines.Both of them utilizes the same technology(4 stroke)these engines are compact,consisting of three big chunks of stell that i call "department". for this engines to work,these departments will work together.The first department is the cylinder head.This will consist only aMbout 4 stroke engines
1)Cylinder head
    This is one of the "department" in mopeds engine.it consists of many other "workers" such as camshaft,valve,valve spring and rocker arm.this is the "department" where timing of the camshaft is happening.this is where the air and fuel are being sucked into the engine that being provided by a carburetor.This is the place where valves and rocker arms works together in order to give the engines the input(air and fuel)to makes sure that this "company" able to makes the "profit" which is Power.These air and fuel mixture will be burn by the spark plugs and booomm!!the fuel will ignite and it will give power to our engine...(i was hoping that all of you understand my not so good analogy :(
For your information,this camshaft timing and this fuel and air ratios can be altered to make much more power.i will talk about this topic later.
2.Cylinder block
For this cylinder block "deparment",it doesnt not have many parts inside it likes in the cylinder head "department".in this department,it is consists of three major parts which are,bore,piston and piston rings.Piston is where the fuel and air will burn on top of its surface..the piston rings are used to seal the gap between the piston and the bore.It will make the gap between piston and bore decrease hence keeping the fuel and air mixture inside the combustion chamber.this piston rings consist of three rings which are placed on top of each other.
1.Top ring
2.Second ring
3.Oil ring
  First ring is to seal the combustion chamber.it will seal the air and fuel mixture from escaping the combustion chamber.So,most of the energy that is produced cannot escape from the chamber.less energy escape means more power and more fuel efficiency.
  The second ring is to help giving extra seal to the combustion chamber.it will help the Top piston ring to seal the mixture because the first ring cannlt seal the mixture 100 percent.so,the need for second ring is a must.it will also help the oil rings which at the bottom of the second ring to seal the engine oil from getting to combustion chamber.If the oil getting to chamber,the engines will becomes "heavy" due to loss of power and it will burn oils in the chamber thus white smoke will appear
  The last ring which is the oil ting is to help preventing engine oil which lubricates the piston during the engine operation.Pistons will move inside the bore many times.so,the need of lubrication is a must.It will seal the oil from entering the combustion chamber.we will not want any oil in our combustion chamber.

Yamaha's 2 stroke Bikes(The ultimate Highway Warrior in Malaysia)

    Hello,im going to share a little bit more about japanese mopeds.The 2 stroke bike.these bikes usually can be found up to 150cc.some of them are small as 80cc.2 strokes bikes are popular among the youngs because it is powerful,and good looking.It actually has a frame that resemble a big bike.with a large tank in the front,sleek body and was design purely for speed.There is one 2 stroke bike that is really famous in Malaysia which is the Yamaha RXZ.it can go up to 180kmh(160mph) with an ease.It actually can go up to 200kmh and more if properly tuned.it has 135cc 2 stroke with 6 speed gearbox.it was on production since the 80's until the late 2000's.But with only minor changes such as the coverset,the exhaust and the slight modification to the engine from Yamaha.This bikes utilize some of the technologies such as catalyzer.it serves as a filter in the exhaust system to reduce the emissions only to the new model.It has roughly 21 hp.impressive for a 135 cc engine..............
 



  There are some other model that dominate the Malaysian road as well,such as the yamaha 125z.

It has 125cc 2stroke with 6 speed gearbox,It is called as a younger brother of Yamaha Rxz.there are various model of this particular bike,ranging from the old model and until the latest one.The latest one only can clock up to 140kmh but with an incredible pickup.For the older model,it can easily go up to 170kmh with no problem.this particular speedy bikes was produced on the end of the 90's until now with only some minor modifications to the coverset,and the engine.it has 17.26 hp...It sounds good too..you can watch a video about it Here, with a lightweight body,less than 100kg..no wonder it can go fast...

Okay..in this entry..im going to tell you a little bit more about japanese moped engines.this is the second part.you may read the first part first.i want to aplogize for mh english because i am just a normal person.i dont really use english in my everyday life.and im not a mechanic.im just a normal guy who lile mopeds so much..

   Okay,lets continue..i have talked a little bit about the cylinder block "department".Now im going to go to the last "department" which is the crankase department.in these last department.it has many moving parts such as cranshaft,gearbox,clutch and magneto.the up and down movement fr the piston is transferred to the cranskshaft via a connecting rodJ

This movement is transferred to a cranskshaftthat will rotate the magneto,a component to generates electricity for the headlamp,signal lamp and spark to the plugs via a set of coil.The cranshaft movement also will be transferred to the clutches before they are sent to the gearbox.mostly 3 or 4 speed gearbox depending on the engines.Most of the engines for newer japanese mopeds have a 4 speed gearbox.the old model such as Honda Supercub 70cc has a 3 speed transimmission.And it will makes the wheel moves via chain.All japanase mopeds are working via chain.i do not encounter any japanese bikes that are using axle.if i am wrong,please tell me.And these are some pictures of the Honda super cub 90cc 3 speed engine.

Moped:Introductory

Assalamualaikum and a very good morning to all of you.My name is Jack and i am a 25 yo guy.Im from Malaysia.The existence of this blog is just to share and solely just to show my love towards moped bikes.As all of you know,Moped is a small bike with mostly an air cooled wngine.And less than 150cc.it can be two stokr or four stroke engine.These bikes are commonly popular in asian countries such as thailand,malaysia,indonesia and vietnam.Most of the mopeds here come from Japan.The japanese makers such as honda,suzuki,kawasaki and yamaha dominate the market in asia.I still remember the day my mother sends me to school by using a Honda super cub 90cc.It is a common sight people riding mopeds to works,to school or to finish their job in everyday life.

 IN asean country,mopeds were widely used because of its ability and advantages.There are some advantanges and abilities that are rarely seen in other mode of transport:
-fuel efficiency
-easy to ride
-able to carry weights easily
-strength(its really strong,in a sense of durability,i can guarantee)
-cheap to maintain
-able to go as fast as 180kmh or more!!!
-the price of the mopeds are cheap

Ok,that being said,im going to give you some of the examples of the mopeds that are popular in malaysia.
